Parking
There are no free parking spaces at Nacka Strandsmässan. Once vehicles have been unloaded there is a car park which charges SEK 60 per day from 08.00 - 17.00 and SEK 20 per evening from 17.00 - 08.00. Payment can be made by credit card or cash.

Deliveries can be made at Nacka Strandsmassan from Friday 1st June 2012. It is the responsibility of exhibitors to collect their own goods from the storage area at Nacka Strandsmässan.
All deliveries should be marked with the name of the exhibition, the exhibitor, and the booth number.
Deliveries will be unloaded at the goods reception.
Elevator capacity: 3,400kg, dimensions: height 2.2m, breadth 2.2m, depth 4.98m.
A forklift is available to hire by the hour (minimum charge 0.5 hours) for an additional fee. Please contact Debbie Nyman:
debbie-nyman@euspen.eu for details. Maximum load 1300kg.
All packing material which is to be retained (e.g. for re-use) should be cleared from the exhibition area by 17:30 on Monday 4th June and by 19:00 on Thursday 7th June. After this time any materials left in the building will be destroyed.

Demonstration equipment can only be used at the venue by prior agreement of Nacka

Exhibitor representatives
Exhibitors are required to provide the name and contact details of their representatives to attend at the meeting through the
online registration system. Further options, such as company tours and networking dinner tickets may also be ordered online through this system.
Exhibitor client passes
Exhibiting companies can also benefit from the provision of complimentary "Client Passes". These daily passes will enable your customers to visit your stand and tour the exhibition. To request a pass please see the "
Client Pass" application form.

Security during the conference
Please note that outside of opening hours Nacka Strandsmässan is locked and alarmed, however, neither euspen or Nacka Strandsmässan can take any responsibility for loss of items. It is strongly recommended that valuable objects are removed from the exhibition area overnight, and that appropriate insurance is obtained.
General exhibitor information
Exhibitors are prohibited from connecting their equipment to electricity/power outlets not placed by the exhibition contractor.
Insurance
The exhibitor takes part in the exhibition entirely at his/her own risk. The management of the Nacka Strandsmässan, the local authorities and the suppliers accept no liability for any loss or damage sustained or occasioned from any cause whatsoever.
All exhibitors are advised to take out insurance against third party risks.
The exhibitor shall be responsible for the security of his/her stand and exhibits and it is recommended to pay close attention to the exhibits during the stand construction and dismantling periods. Valuable objects, which may easily be removed, should be locked away when the stand is not manned. Nacka Strandsmässan accept no responsibility for goods stolen from exhibits.
Liability
The exhibitor acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the proceedings of the symposium and/or associated exhibition be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside Nacka Strandsmässan.
