Delegate, tutorial and workshop registrations are subject to Swedish VAT at 25%.
Networking dinner is subject to Swedish VAT at 12%.
Company tours are subject to Swedish VAT at 6%.

exhibitor registration *
Exhibiting company representatives who will be attending the meeting should register above through the online registration process.
invoice and payment
Payment for registration may be made by bank transfer or credit card (VISA or MasterCard). After 20th April 2012 credit card payment only will be available online. Payment by bank tranfer after this date must be requested by contacting accounts@euspen.eu (+44 (0)1234 754146).
Invoices will be issued for all registrations. For inquiries in regard to invoicing and payment, please email Tony Locke on accounts@euspen.eu.
membership fees
Reduced fees are available to euspen members for certain event items. These fees are automatically offered to registered members during the online registration process. Unfortunately fees applied cannot be changed after registration is completed. For membership enquiries please contact dishi-philips@euspen.eu.
cancellation
Cancellation charges up until 30th March 2012 - 50% of delegate fee, conference dinner, tutorial and company visit costs will be refundable. No refunds are available after 30th March 2012. Please note that registered delegates whose paper is rejected upon review, will upon request be refunded their registration fee paid minus any bank charges.
